It preserves the characteristics of the conventional Powdered sponge cake (intense flavour, a slight touch of lemon, different sponginess and texture), but with the added value of being made without sugar, which allows it to be consumed also by those people who need to control their glycemic index, since by periodic analyses carried out on the product, it has been demonstrated that it has sugars lower than 0.5g / 100g of product.
